You know how some mobile games are really good, but playing them on your phone kind of sucks after a while? The tiny screen hurts your eyes, you\u2019re constantly carrying around a charger to keep your battery up, and the controls can often be awkward. Well, Google Play Games is a great way to fix all that.<\/p>\n

Basically, it lets you play Android games directly on your computer. You don\u2019t have to worry about glitchy emulators or sketchy downloads either\u2014it\u2019s an official Google app.<\/p>\n

You sign in with your Google account, download games like you normally would, and everything syncs automatically. So, if you\u2019ve already been playing something on your phone, you can pick it up on your PC right where you left off. Personally, it feels like Google is secretly telling me that I should be playing even more Fire Emblem Heroes.<\/p>\n

The real upgrade here is in the peripherals. Playing games on a keyboard and mouse\u2014or controller, I\u2019m not judging\u2014makes a huge difference, especially for strategy or sim games. And having everything on a bigger screen? It\u2019s way more enjoyable.<\/p>\n

The transition from mobile to PC with Google Play Games is pretty seamless, too.\u00a0If you\u2019ve ever used Android emulators before, trust me when I say that this is way better. I haven\u2019t encountered any stability issues yet, and it\u2019s mercifully free of obnoxious ads. Now if only mobile games would do the same.<\/p>\n

The game library is expanding rapidly and it already boasts over 200,000 titles. Plus, everything that\u2019s there is optimized to run well on your PC.<\/p>\n

If you already play mobile games or have hesitated because of the limitations of your phone, you should absolutely try Google Play Games.<\/p>\n
