On SaaS model fears, Borges says concerns are overstated, but competitive pressure is real. She distinguishes \u201cgood sticky\u201d customer relationships from \u201cbad sticky\u201d ones, which large language models (LLMs) are rapidly eroding.<\/p>\n

Separately, OpenAI<\/strong>\u2018s Chief Operating Officer\u00a0Brad Lightcap<\/strong> said legacy software companies could emerge as major AI beneficiaries rather than casualties, describing it as a \u201ccontrarian opinion.\u201d<\/p>\n
