No Chinese companies were invited to use the model to patch their cybersecurity vulnerabilities given Anthropic\u2019s <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">labelling of China as an \u201cadversarial nation\u201d,<\/span> while the company\u2019s services continue to be banned in greater China, including Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<h4 type=\"h4\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"eh0yk8h0 css-1xqmoxd e1pqa4re0\"><strong data-qa=\"ContentSchemaRender-defaultRenderMapFunctions-Component\" class=\"css-1mniedq ex3nmsa17\">How do Chinese models compare?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">According to Beijing-based consultancy Concordia AI, China\u2019s primarily open-source models still lag closed-source US models in their cyber capabilities.
