Documents reveal that Hungary\u2019s Special Service for National Security (NBSZ) quietly renewed its licenses for Webloc and a\u00a0suite of\u00a0other AI-powered intelligence tools from Israel\u2019s Cobwebs Technologies in\u00a0March 2026, weeks before the country\u2019s highly contested April 12\u00a0parliamentary elections.<\/p>\n

The covert procurements were routed through SCI-Network Ltd., a\u00a0Hungarian broker company led by\u00a0a\u00a0former counterintelligence colonel with deep ties to\u00a0Antal Rog\u00e1n, the influential head of\u00a0Orb\u00e1n\u2019s Cabinet Office.
