The new MacBook Air M5 is the latest and greatest version of Apple\u2019s thin and light laptop. While I think it\u2019s fantastic, it\u2019s a standard spec bump from last year\u2019s model. Thankfully, that same MacBook Air is currently on sale for an all-time low price during the Amazon Big Spring Sale event.<\/p>\n

Right now, you can get the 13-inch MacBook Air M4 (512GB) for $949. The 15-inch MacBook Air M4 (256GB) is also on sale for $949. This is the lowest price we\u2019ve seen for the 512GB model, which is great since that amount of storage matches what you get with the new Air M5. The Air M4 is still a great laptop, so this is a deal you don\u2019t want to miss.<\/p>\n

In addition to 512GB of SSD storage, this MacBook Air M4 model also has 16GB of RAM and an M4 chip packing a 10-core CPU and a 10-core GPU. Specs like that can easily handle an average workflow and even more demanding tasks like video editing and mid-range gaming. While the M5 model might have better performance on paper, you likely won\u2019t notice a difference.<\/p>\n

As always, the MacBook Air M4 has the same flat, utilitarian design as current MacBooks. The 13-inch model is the most portable, but the larger 15-inch model is still easy to carry. The aluminum chassis not only feels good to hold, but also helps this thin laptop remain sturdy.<\/p>\n
