Paul Hastings, AllBright Law Offices, Thailand\u2019s Starry Law Firm, Sullivan &#038; Cromwell and Jia Yuan Law Offices provided legal support.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consultancy Frost &#038; Sullivan said Delton Technology ranked first among computing server manufacturers headquartered in the Chinese mainland by cumulative revenue from 2022 to 2024, and third globally.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Delton issued 46 million shares priced at HKD71.88 each. On its debut, the stock opened at HKD95.05, representing a 32.2% increase above the issue price. CITIC Securities and HSBC acted as joint sponsors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The IPO attracted 12 cornerstone investors, including CPE, HK Greenwoods and UBS Asset Management, which subscribed for nearly 45% of the total proceeds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paul Hastings acted as Delton Technology\u2019s Hong Kong and US legal counsel, led by founding partner and chair of Greater China Raymond Li and partner Steven Hsu. AllBright Law Offices advised on PRC law, with senior partner Jiang Peng and partners Liu Qingli and Yang Rong participating.
