I just need to make sure that this owner-operator has the best partner teed up to lead that engagement.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The goal is to avoid another \u201cGuam situation,\u201d where \u201ceverybody was racing to Guam the last couple of years like kids chasing a soccer ball,\u201d Andersen said.
