Anthony Theetge of Boone County Sheriff\u2019s Office say the the girl\u2019s body was discovered in a pond near her Florence home at approximately 7:30 p.m. Saturday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Din was last seen walking on Macintosh Lane toward Afton Drive around 5:30 p.m. Friday She was wearing a mint-colored blueish jacket, pink headphones and no shoes.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"caption-text\">Jenny Din, of Florence, was last seen walking on MacIntosh Lane toward Afton Drive at about 5:30 p.m.<\/span><span class=\"caption-credit\">(BCSO)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Boone County Sheriff\u2019s Office said searchers covered two square miles on the ground, approximately seven to eight miles by air through drones and a Kentucky State Police helicopter, and seven additional miles using law enforcement K-9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Search teams from Campbell County and Hamilton County also assisted Boone County crews.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Din\u2019s body was discovered by the Hamilton County Water Search and Rescue team Saturday evening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Theetge says the investigation remains ongoing. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Anyone with information is asked to contact the Boone County non-emergency line at 859-371-1234.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">See a spelling or grammatical error in our story?
