The research suggests that this divergence may permanently reshape the technological landscape and complicate global cooperation on AI safety, standards, and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>The study, published in Artificial Intelligence &#038; Environment, combines policy analysis with technical benchmarking and industry data to examine how national strategies influence real-world AI capabilities and ecosystems.
