Apple is reportedly gearing up to launch refreshed MacBook Pro models powered by its upcoming M5 Pro and M5 Max chips. While earlier leaks pointed to a February debut, Bloomberg\u2019s Mark Gurman now suggests a revised timeline, with the new laptops expected to arrive alongside macOS 26.3. Apple is also said to be preparing updated MacBook Air models with the same new processors, along with upgraded Mac Studio desktops that could launch in the months ahead.<\/p>\n

In the latest edition of the Power On newsletter, Bloomberg\u2019s Mark Gurman hinted at an imminent launch for Apple\u2019s next-generation MacBook Pro models powered by the M5 Pro and M5 Max chipsets. According to Gurman, the new laptops could arrive as early as the week of March 2 and are closely tied to the rollout of macOS 26.3.<\/p>\n

Gurman also pointed out that current MacBook Pro models with M4 Pro and M4 Max chips are in short supply across the US, a pattern that often signals an upcoming refresh. This supply constraint adds weight to reports that Apple is preparing to introduce its next wave of Mac hardware sooner rather than later.<\/p>\n

Beyond the MacBook Pro, Apple is reportedly lining up several other Mac launches. These include refreshed 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models, a new MacBook Air with an M5 processor, and upgraded Mac Studio desktops, which are expected to arrive not long after Apple\u2019s spring Mac refresh. New Mac mini models and an updated Studio Display are also said to be planned for launch later this year.<\/p>\n
