The user interface keeps changing, and not for the better, and notifications completely cover essential navigation directions. There are many ways Google could improve Android Auto, but one in particular would be my first choice. <\/p>\n<p>See, Android Auto tries to be the perfect compromise between a smartphone experience and a locked-down and somewhat safe infotainment system designed to keep our hands and eyes on the road.<\/p>\n<p>Turns out, that&#8217;s not very easy, and sometimes I feel like Android Auto gets in the way more than it actually helps. <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"android-auto-notifications-are-huge\">\n                        Android Auto notifications are huge<br \/>\n               <\/h2>\n<p>        Credit:\u00a0Cory Gunther \/ How-To Geek<\/p>\n<p>My biggest gripe with Android Auto is the size of the HUN (heads-up notifications). I&#8217;m talking about those pop-up notifications that appear when you get an incoming text message or an alert from one of the many Android Auto apps available. <\/p>\n<p>Depending on your vehicle, aftermarket stereo, or even your phone&#8217;s settings, notifications in Android Auto are often so large that they cover important information on the screen.
