CyberPatriot Success at AHS!<\/h2>\n

\"CyberPatriot\"<\/p>\n

Two teams of Ankeny High School students competed in the annual CyberPatriot National Youth Cyber Defense Competition<\/strong> and earned 2nd and 3rd place<\/strong> in the Gold Division<\/strong> at the State level!<\/p>\n

2nd Place:<\/strong> Ellinah Repp & Zoe Hutchinson
3rd Place:<\/strong> Michael Kennedy, Jayden Brady, Carter Lacina & Carter Garcia<\/p>\n

These students rose to the challenge of identifying and fixing cybersecurity vulnerabilities in virtual operating systems \u2014 showcasing incredible skill, teamwork, and problem-solving.<\/p>\n

A huge thank you to advisors Jen Poole<\/strong> and Tom Brasier<\/strong>, AHS and CHS computer science teachers, for their guidance and support.<\/p>\n

CyberPatriot is the world\u2019s largest youth cybersecurity competition, inspiring students toward future careers in cybersecurity and STEM fields<\/strong> critical to our nation\u2019s future.<\/p>\n
