Viral reach without conversion is not neutral; it is an active budget drain. This dynamic is increasingly visible in the cooling enthusiasm surrounding generative video. While the underlying technology remains deeply impressive, the issue is structural. Without deep integration into distribution, targeting, and measurement systems, even the highest quality creative outputs sit entirely outside the economic engine of the business.
