Smartglasses with displays in the lenses are becoming more popular, and the latest to try and grab your attention is the MemoMind One.
I’ve been wearing them for a day or so to see if they can compete with the excellent Even Realities Even G2, and if the headline AI feature really is too creepy to consider.
Wearing the MemoMind One
Comfort without a camera
The MemoMind One smart glasses are closer to the Even Realities Even G2 than they are to the Ray-Ban Meta.
They have a magnesium-alloy frame blended with acetate, and the lack of a camera means the arms are slim and less noticeable than the Ray-Ban Meta’s arms.
Like the Even G2, the ends of each arm contain a lot of the components, and are thicker and more noticeable than the G2’s. I had trouble wearing caps with the Even G2, and the MemoMind One’s are even more awkward because of the way the oversized arms sit above your ears.
