Apple has significantly increased the prices of several products in India, including Mac desktops, MacBooks, Apple TV devices and HomePod speakers, as the tech giant begins passing on the impact of soaring global memory and storage chip costs to consumers. The price hikes come amid a sharp rise in DRAM and NAND flash memory prices, driven largely by surging demand from AI-focused data centres and cloud infrastructure providers.
Among the products affected, the Mac Mini M4 (256GB) has seen one of the steepest increases, with its price jumping nearly 38% from Rs 59,900 to Rs 82,900. Several other Mac and smart home devices have also received substantial price revisions, marking one of Apple’s most significant pricing adjustments in recent years.
Apple has rolled out substantial price increases across several product categories in India, including Mac desktops, MacBooks, Apple TV devices and HomePod smart speakers, as rising global memory and storage costs begin to impact consumer pricing.

Among the biggest increases is the Mac Mini M4 (256GB), whose price has surged nearly 38%, climbing from Rs 59,900 to Rs 82,900. The higher-end Mac Mini M4 Pro has also become significantly more expensive, with its price rising from Rs 1,49,900 to Rs 1,99,900. Meanwhile, the MacBook Air M5 now starts at Rs 1,49,900, marking a hike of Rs 29,000.
Apple’s smart home lineup has also seen sharp revisions. The Apple TV 4K (64GB) now retails at Rs 25,900, up from Rs 14,900, while the 128GB variant has increased from Rs 16,900 to Rs 31,900. The HomePod is now priced at Rs 44,900 compared to Rs 32,900 previously, while the HomePod mini has risen from Rs 10,900 to Rs 15,900.
The recently launched MacBook Neo has also become costlier, with its starting price increasing from around Rs 69,900 to Rs 79,900.
