The Qatar Football Association (QFA), in cooperation with Sponix and broadcaster Alkass, has deployed virtual advertising technology for the first time in QFA’s history, during an international friendly match between Qatar and Ireland in Dublin. The implementation used Sponix’s cloud-based virtual advertising platform to integrate sponsor placements directly into the live broadcast feed.
