Aulumu just gave EDC nerds and iPhone owners a reason to share a pocket. The Shenzhen-based accessories brand officially launched the G05 Pro Multi-Function Mag Kickstand on June 1, 2026. The 38-gram aluminum disc bolts onto the back of your phone via MagSafe and quietly conceals a five-piece mini toolkit inside. Aulumu pitches it as a “kickstand, fidget toy and urban tool kit” rolled into one piece of gear, squarely aimed at the everyday-carry crowd that has been quietly stacking single-purpose accessories on their desks and in their pockets. Below, we break down what’s new, what’s actually useful, and how it stacks up against the Air for shoppers weighing the upgrade.

The hinge tilts from 0° to 80°, with a damped metal hinge that locks at whatever angle you leave it. Aulumu pitches this as ideal for everything from desk-side video meetings and late-night gaming sessions to filming TikToks one-handed, and the company says the stand will support both portrait and landscape orientations without easily slipping. The whole assembly also rotates a full 360°, which is where…
