Given that the company’s Pixel series is a direct competitor to the iPhone, it would have been a better look when displaying company loyalty if a Pixel 10 Pro or a Pixel 10 Pro XL were being used, but everyone has their preferences.
More emphasis is being given to Apple products because these are the users that matter to Google
Irrespective of whether Google’s executives are getting criticized for using iPhones on stage, the fact of the matter is that services like Gemini Spark cater to these users a lot more than we’d like to believe. During the keynote, we also spotted that some Macs were being used to run Gemini, and the fact that macOS will now have a dedicated app shows how important Apple’s platform is, since there are millions of users who are willing to fork over a premium to use these services.
