TANNER, Ala. (WAFF) – Hundreds of students are preparing to receive their degrees at Calhoun Community College’s graduation on Thursday.
This includes Anwyn and Levi MacIntosh, who are twins who are graduating from Calhoun before they graduate from high school. The 17-year-olds are among those enrolled as dual enrollment students.
The twins said they are excited to complete high school and earn an associate’s degree at the same time.
“Especially at the high school graduation, where they would be more impressed with someone who’s graduating with a diploma and a degree,” Levi said. “I’m really excited too. I can’t wait to have all of these things. They’re really good for your resume,” Anwyn said.
Anwyn is graduating with a computer information systems degree, and Levi is graduating with a degree in aerospace technologies.
