TUXEDO BM15 combines Linux support with business security

The TUXEDO BM15 is clearly aimed at professional users who attach particular importance to security and long-term usability. At the heart of the security concept is the integrated smart card reader in accordance with the ISO/IEC 7816 standard. Among other things, it supports PIV, OpenPGP and PKI/FIDO cards and is therefore suitable for secure network access, digital signatures or encrypted authentication processes in companies and public authorities.

The notebook also offers an optional fingerprint sensor for biometric login under Windows. Under Linux, on the other hand, the focus is primarily on complete software integration. As with all of the manufacturer’s devices, the BM15 is delivered with full Linux support. You can choose between TUXEDO OS or Ubuntu 24.04, including customized drivers and in-house software solutions. Full drive encryption is also available as an option.
