Craftsy Subscribers Win Ruling on Standing in Video-Privacy Suit

Subscribers to Craftsy’s hobby-tutorial website have standing to bring their video-privacy lawsuit against the company, a Minnesota federal judge said, while delaying a decision on whether they adequately pleaded their claims.
Judge Patrick J. Schiltz of the US District Court for the District of Minnesota also ordered 90 days of discovery regarding the existence of a binding arbitration agreement between the parties.
